My old cat likes it. My older cat can no longer eat dry food. I fed him a variety of wet cat food. He seems to prefer this pie texture. I sometimes mix it with some warm water. He licks the bowl clean. He rarely eats more than one can a day. If the jar was larger, I would have to chill it between feedings. I feed him 1/3 to 1/4 can at each feeding so he doesn't leave anything in the bowl to attract other animals.
