I ordered a pair of BES T-1 Bluetooth headphones to listen to music while running and exercising without having to deal with the annoying cable that other headphones have. As Bluetooth headphones, I wasn't expecting the sound quality to be as good as my wired headphones, but I was dead wrong. The sound quality of the BES T-1 is crystal clear and they have great bass! Not to mention that they stay in your ears well during physical activity. Anyway, I was enjoying my pair of BES T-1's for about a week and then they suddenly stopped working. They didn't respond to button commands and showed no signs of being held or even charged. I emailed BesProducts and explained my problem. They replied to me the same day with instructions to simply send them the mailing address and my original order number and that they would send a new pair. So I did and got a reply the same day that a new pair was on the way with 2 day expedited shipping! I now have my new pair of BES T-1 and am enjoying them again.
