I ordered this for my Toshiba 15.6" slim laptop. The laptop is unusually large, long and narrow, none of my other laptop bags fit properly in. Even my laptop sized bags weren't wide enough to fit my laptop, ipad and phone charger so I ordered this bag in size 17.3 and it can do it all this bag fits all the necessary chargers and cables PLUS Storage space for pens, pencils and enough room for my iPad, cables and charger.On the other hand there is an external zipped pocket that has room for my iPhone, there is definitely enough room for a much larger Android or other type of cell phone. The interior is just right for my laptop, with a little room at each end for plugging in and out There is also an interior zippered compartment, just the right size for cables and a laptop charger. When all 3 items are packed in this bag, it still doesn't stick out or make it difficult to get out the item you need. The padding is not thick enough to prevent a fall from a height. But it's not sold as such, so buy a much more expensive laptop hard case for maximum protection. The handles are well stitched and very comfortable. My previous laptop bags had no handles and no space for cables, chargers, tablets or phones. This is a lot of bags for a low price, the quality is a lot higher than it might appear for the price. As mentioned I ordered a size up, if I had ordered the recommended size for my laptop there would not be room for a tablet, phone and all chargers. I highly recommend this bag/tote as a quality, affordable, and convenient carrier for all your various phone and computer items and accessories. The outer coating is attractive, durable and gets the job done.
