Well designed but poorly executed

Suitcase fits great and looks great. I have problems with my hands and I like the grip. The problem is that the fingerprint/power button cutout is too small. It is debatable in width but not in length; it does not reach the end of the button on either side. Also, I don't have a USB-C charging cable that plugs into a hole on the bottom. You got 90% of it right, but the other 10% makes the product useless to me.
