Does anyone know how to contact customer service to request a refund? After using this product for a week, I noticed dry, rough patches on my forehead. After a bit of online research, it turned out that many products with retinol or other ingredients that reduce fine lines cause excessive skin dryness. Back to the moisturizing soap + lotion, the redness and dry, scaly blemishes were gone, bringing me back to Step 0 when I needed a blemish remover and facial cleanser to reduce fine lines. Failed experiment with Elemis purifier.
