GOOD! The best pillow I've ever had. I have herniated discs in my neck and have been through a lot of pillows so I have to say I'm something of a "pillow snob"! This pillow is simply amazing and you can't go wrong with it. To try to explain that pillow is to try to explain the perfection of my poor neck. You can choose the cool side or the warm side of the pillow because Hong Kong is cool then the warm side is good for my neck! They are soft, perfectly support my neck, which I had problems with for a long time. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone, but especially to people with neck issues. Mine arrived perfectly packaged (NO mold as others have said). After opening from the vacuum pack they have grown to king size! Wonderful! Love love love these pillows. Will buy again if I need to replace these.
