Ultimately, this is a worthy massager if you just want to sit on the couch with your hands free and pamper your body. It's not strong enough to really take away any pain. I have sore knees so this helps ease the discomfort. I also use it on my neck, which I like because you don't need anything too strong. It's not good for your back. I even pressed it against the sofa to increase the effect, but in the end the motor inside isn't powerful enough to deeply lighten the fabric. Not bad overall, but not worth $80 or even $60 with coupon. It looks really good and I've included two photos so you can see some real life examples.
