Review Updated: I received a Facebook message from the manufacturer after submitting a video of my issue below. I didn't get a chance to contact them and they had a problem with me too. (Assuming it was a Revain thing) While they couldn't message me directly, they continued to follow me through Facebook and sent me messages that I didn't think were okay. They sent me a new car without question. I've only used it twice so far and haven't had any problems with it yet. But they assured me that if I had any further problems, they would do their best to help. Very impressed that they took the time to find me in any way they could to correct this error. They also said their team is investigating the issue to make sure it doesn't happen again. Hopefully it was a separate issue with the button and now I have a good working machine. I also love advice. They are not too sharp and do not form lines. It seems to do a gentle exfoliation with good suction control. First check: the button does not stay in the on position! I literally used it 3 times! I am one day past my return date. And there is no way to contact the manufacturer. As a beautician who has been in the business for 12 years, this is my first time using a product like this!
