Review on 🌬️ Black & Decker ICR07X Xpress Steam Cord Reel Iron - White/Red - Compact and Convenient by Michael Jenkins

I've been using Black and Decker irons for a while now and keep coming back to them for their light weight and ease of use. The retractable cord works well and is a very nice feature. The only downside I have with this iron is that the gray-green color is so dark that it's difficult to see the water level when the iron is full. Updated 7/7/19. The retractable cord worked fine initially, but now it's giving me trouble. I can only pull out about 2/3 of the cable before it stops. For this reason I have to deduct a star from my original 4 star rating. Updated: 12/16/20. This iron "died" today. Not even two years have passed since the purchase. The iron suddenly began to "crack” and give off a "burnt” smell. Another star deducted for that. I'll look around for another brand. I like the light weight of the iron but the iron should last longer.
