I can't believe they have the audacity to charge $47 for this towel rail. First you need to screw the three tiers to the base and bend all the woods so they don't line up with the screw holes. It took a lot of effort to get him to calm down. Secondly, the lower part of the tiers, since the bars connecting the base are not cut evenly, there are uneven edges. Everything is of very poor quality. Third, I also didn't realize the metal screws would be sticking out at the bottom. I had to add some felt pads to avoid scratching the floor. Fourth, the bars should not be straight. Maybe it's because I had to force the bars to line up with the screw holes, but it's all wonky. Finally after assembling it I had all this brown dust on the floor. I have no idea if it's metal filings or some bronze paint. It was hard. I don't have many options so I don't know if I'll be returning it but I'm very disappointed and would warn anyone considering buying this product.
