First Revain only ever sends one unit and not a pair, I've ordered twice, ended up calling Revain to fix it, glad I did just done I'm returning the first order. Second, one of the screws on the H1 bulb socket is difficult to get out, my trick is to remove the 2 that didn't come loose and then wiggle the socket off the last screw, after which it immediately came loose. Third, yes the threads are fine so don't over tighten and yes the profile feels short so I used the thinner silicone washer that comes with the kit and it worked fine. Your headlight assembly may be different, so try that first. All in all it is very similar to all other reviews, it is the cheapest device but it is a normal projector, the light output is ok, after assembling nobody can say how much you spent, whether it is for my new or show car, I could spend the money and buy more expensive devices but for now it's pretty good. Much better with xenon bulbs than standard halogen bulbs.
