Love the scent, love the moisturizing, organic ingredients, made in the USA, NO plastic packaging! Everything cool. I saw some comments in reviews saying it was "too sticky" or "too thick". This is not a pharmaceutical soap. It should be used sparingly. Complaints just used too much. I subscribe to this and save and my refills always arrive while I still have plenty of soap in the dispenser. Find a dispenser that fits the entire contents of a "milk carton" (about 22 ounces) so you don't have to worry about closing the bag to store it. Yes, the box is a bit tricky to open, but if you cut it open and fill a large soap dispenser, no problem! Now we are one step closer to Zero Waste!
