Review on πŸ’‡ Clairol Root Touch-Up Powder for Dark Brown Hair: Instant Temporary Concealment - 1 Count by Shannon Redd

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Doesn't cover gray hair very well. Very flat looking.

I have mixed feelings about this. On the one hand, it helps blend the grays in my new growth with the rest of my brown hair. On the other hand, it makes your hair look very "flat" (ie not shiny) where you apply it. I don't think it's bad enough for anyone else to point it out, but it certainly doesn't look good. don't think you will benefit much from it. It's dirty, it slips out of my hand every time I touch my hair. It will show up on your scalp if you brush it there, but it was pretty easy for me to avoid as long as I focused on not touching it (I forgot about a small spot where I put it). exaggerated a bit). From a distance I think it looks normal and my gray hair is *less noticeable. You can still see them up close, as well as the difference between a "flat" hair color and a shiny hair color. So it has some utility, just depends on what exactly you're hoping for. I didn't want to use a spray because they all smell and this one has no smell, which is good. But I doubt I'll use it often.

Pros
  • I'm holding my fists
