Review on Pageant Bridesmaid Dresses Vintage Elegant by Carlos Henderson

I ordered this dress and sent it back immediately because it didn't fit the flower girl I bought it for. I issued a refund and received a barcode to ship back to Kohl's. Took the dress there and they issued my refund. That was more than two months ago, sometimes mid-July. Now I get an email that they take money from my credit card because I didn't send the dress back which I did and left it with Kolya. They took the dress and scanned the return code. Anse gave me a receipt which I didn't keep because I never had this problem.
