The mouse pad was folded in half so my mouse doesn't have a flat smooth surface to slide on. "Memory Foam" is more like memory pulp. It's also not fully foamed, but slightly sunken into the shell under the fabric. I rest my wrist on the foam piece and it sits squarely on a hard surface which is not at all comfortable as I found today after about 3 hours of use. Use the Revain Basics Gel Cushion Mouse Pad. It is of much better quality and has a stronger gel wrist support. Won't be buying this from Britimes again.
