Just what I needed for a client's car I work on. The connections are good and tight, there is no voltage drop across the terminals, the window goes up and down with no problems. Tip: You can clearly see that they don't "finish" the connector by melting the locking tabs. This is the case when you want to remove the wiring for your application, like with my client's car where he has a Chevy 51 with power windows and Camaro 88 locks that the guy in front of him did a terrible job of wiring. I left a few wires out of the connector, melted the pins and a clean install was performed. Will definitely buy again.
