I really wanted this to work with my first generation Studio Beats but unfortunately they only worked for a day and then stopped working. When I first plugged them in, no matter which end into the headphones, all I heard was static. Nothing on the other end. There was just a lot of static electricity on the cable inside the headphones. The skip button worked but didn't pause the music or adjust the volume on my Samsung Galaxy S8. They worked great when plugged into my computer for homework, but that's about it. After using them on my desktop they didn't work again. I used them for a couple of hours and they were fine despite loud noise when nothing was plugged in or played.
