The option of sending an email later is something I really appreciate every day because it's very useful in our work! Sometimes we receive emails from different people that are not necessarily urgent but need immediate attention, this service helps me solve my doubts without needing to go personally to each person who sent us such mail; another great thing about using such system is being able to be notified when you get important messages by text or other mediums - what else can I add? Nothing so far regarding its use for now (I'm still new). It provides value since there are several times where due to personal commitments I cannot reply immediately to all contacts which makes life difficult sometimes. When someone sends an message they could write down some details explaining why he/she needs your help right away as well if possible.
