Not recommended. We bought them for charity and I was embarrassed to send them to my daughter's school. Toothbrushes come in perforated sides with cord as a handle on top. The packaging didn't hold up at all. Toothbrushes fell out of packaging. The ones that didn't fall apart right away didn't tear properly along the perforated lines, rendering many of them unusable when they went into veteran sets. The toothbrushes themselves were terrible. I tried one and ended up with a mouthful of cheap plastic bristles. I should have known the price was too high to be true but we were trying to stretch our money so we could provide more items for our donation.
