In general, the quality is good. I'm 5'7, 135lbs and a size 8 in jeans and ordered a medium. My only complaint is that they are a little tight in the leg area. If you have big hips like mine they can be a bit uncomfortable. Not to the point where I wouldn't wear them, but just thought I'd mention it in case it really bothers you. Otherwise they meet expectations and are of good quality.
