Excellent team, fantastic software and very professional
The ability for all our users in different departments across multiple locations can now work together without having to be physically located with one another which is great as we are spread over 5 sites! I would prefer that there was more support from them but I understand it's difficult due to their being such an amazing product already. We have implemented this solution into 3 of our customer facing websites so they no longer need access to server side code written by ourselves or others if required (as has previously been necessary) allowing us to focus solely on what really matters - providing excellent service to customers.
Pros
- Interfy offers such an intuitive and simple solution to a complex problem that we are able to provide our clients a better experience without the hassle of having to write any server side code
Cons
- The support team are so busy with their own jobs it can create a delay and sometimes it is difficult to get through to the team
