It's too complicated for me personally, otherwise ok

I was expecting something softer to stick my head in for a bit. Unfortunately, the recoil was too low for me personally and I ended up with a tear in my neck. I've been using it for a week and wondered if I could crack it, so to speak. It either didn't break or a week wasn't enough, but by then my neck was so sore I couldn't try anymore. However, I gave it to a friend and she loves it. If you need A LOT of solid support, this is probably good for you. It is of good quality and the extra zip case is very good.
