When installed, the rain cover seemed too heavy for adjustable hinges, but it survived. My guess is that the increased water pressure over time caused the main hinge to fail mid-shower. The handheld made me think about the rest. I tried to get something good for little money. Got what I paid for 😒. To feel the quality, you need to go to a hardware store. Update: The hand head broke tonight. The metal sleeve had been torn from the handle, revealing a torn or cut hose underneath. Found the hinge lock handle had snapped at the rivets. Luckily I had a surrogate nut and forged her. This needs to be done for now.
