Review on Cuisipro Culinary Design πŸ–ŒοΈ Pen: Enhancing Your Food Creativity by Brandon Selpasoria

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good quality for kitchen and dining room

This is definitely a cool kitchen tool. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it's *a little* more expensive than I think. Also, the storage chamber for everything you decorate is quite small. However, it needs to be fairly small to provide the necessary level of control when using it. Durable plastic tip and plunger. The body is made of thick plastic. This is definitely well done. The good thing is that you can remove the tip to get a thicker line. I used it to drizzle some frosting on some things tonight. It worked very well. You simply dip the tip into the melted chocolate, pull out the plunger and start using. It takes quite a while to get used to it. You can hold it like a pen and squeeze for more control, or you can push the plunger down if you don't need as much control (the latter method is better for just dribble chocolate). A major benefit for what I used it for: a lot less mess. Cleaning is also easy. I definitely recommend it. If you keep this in mind, you will find opportunities to use it, especially if you work a lot with pastries and sauces.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
