The ease to use this tool makes it very easy when you are trying out new things or if your organization has multiple teams that need access but don't have much experience using tools like these before! I would say there isn’t anything i dislike about imply so far however we do not currently support any other languages than English which can be an issue sometimes depending where our users may live around world wide locations (which happens quite often).
We needed something simple yet robust enough to handle all types of requests from different areas within organizations without having issues down time wise due too many people accessing one item simultaneously while waiting times were high -.
