Shiny, bright and won't crack like the thinner latex type usually. Very happy with the product. Buy 2 sets. I plan to buy an electric inflatable balloon next time. I used the balloon tape that came with it and was surprised at how easy it was. This was the first time I've done this project and I hope to do many more in the future. At first I attached balls to each hole, but then I had to increase the distance between the balls. Then I made every third hole in the center to allow the balloon garland to relax and curve. I then finished on the other side and used each hole to attach the balloons. I also bought clear glue dots to stick the balloons where I needed to fill in some spots. I tied string to the back of the garland and attached it to the wall.
