This is the fourth hair clipper I have purchased and it is far superior to other brands. It also costs less than they cost. When you feel it in your hand you can tell by the weight that it's high quality - unlike the last one I bought which was so light I should have known it wasn't strong enough, to complete the cut. Also, unlike everyone else, it didn't stop and clog up with hair when I used it. It works great on my beard too. However, be careful when using it. When I was almost done with my first cut, I dropped it on the tile floor. The part that holds the cutting blades is broken. I cannot fault this product. Most things break when they fall from a height of two meters onto a hard surface. I emailed the company to inquire about a replacement part. Since it was my fault for breaking it, I didn't expect to get a free replacement. However, the company sent me a spare part free of charge, even for postage. The woman I emailed at the company said it would take some time to get the part and she was right. It took several weeks before I received it. I put it in the clippers and everything worked great. Also the delay in receiving the part worked well because when I received it it was time for another finish.
