First I'm going to start this review by saying that I've gone through almost 22 mattress pads. Yes, you understood correctly. I bought a new mattress here and knew the risk but the price was too good and I hated the one I had. I was in pain from day one! A few years later I got used to sleeping in a chair and that was enough. This led me on a desperate journey on a mattress. That was my last try before buying a sphere and getting a numbered bed to sleep in, which unfortunately is where I have it right now. My problem was terrible pain in my lower back and hips. And I'm not old here. 38. Either the topper lifted my hips higher and my spine wasn't straight or too low, and again. The spine wasn't straight. This one is probably in the top 5 I've tried. When they say 4 inches, that's it! It has almost completely stopped my lower back pain which is a miracle. The only problem is that it's very heavy. You feel like you're getting a little carried away with it, but it might be my fault for ordering a 4" topper instead of a 3" topper. Final Thoughts: I would recommend buying this if you are looking for a solid shaping topper and want it to actually be as big as you are. tell.
