Being able to share my desk space, keep track of emails from colleagues without needing their physical presence in our office has been great! I dislike that you cannot see who else uses your Deskspace when logging into it for first time - this can be quite confusing at times! The feature where we are reminded if there's someone waiting outside could also have some sort of timer/clock so as not feel guilty or unable to go out immediately after login :) It would definitely make us more productive by getting rid off distractions like seeing others working around while doing things ourselves;.
