The chair had trouble keeping the seat upright. The included gas lift didn't seem to make it possible to keep the chair upright. Over time he will fall jerkily until he reaches the lowest level he can reach. I only weigh 180 pounds and I remember having a 300 pound limit. I don't think it can handle that. The armrests are pretty thin. A little push to adjust and they move. Not good. The sides of the seat look comfortable, but they aren't. I drive a Camaro and the seat is like this. however, this one is a bit narrower. So if you don't clench your legs, the outside of your legs will start hurting right away. All in all, not a very well designed or constructed chair. Definitely not worth the price I paid, around $150 at the time. This chair costs between $50 and $70 manufacturing value. After a very long and drawn out return process, I returned it and got my money back for Revain. I urge you NOT to buy this chair.
