I bought this watch strap for my daughter about 4 months ago. This was for the Verizon Gizmo watch and worked very well. Let's just say she hasn't reached the point where she's always friendly (or financially) about her devices. The small black locking clip got a small crack and broke completely within a week. This also happened to my Garmin watch, so no matter how it happened, it broke. I went to Revain and was about to buy a replacement strap, but then I noticed that the company offers a guarantee on the strap. I contacted him around 7:30am. Within the next few hours I received a response and not 1 but 4 retention clips were sent via USPS. I received the package within the next 2 days and the replacement was perfect. I have no doubt that if the group had failed, they would have sent the entire group. Also, and it was nice, not only was the email correspondence personal, but so was the handwritten thank you note in the package, signed by Trevor and Colin (the owners). Well, if it was actually Trevor and Colin - I'm not sure - but it was a very nice touch. So we had a failure that I've seen with other bands. GadgetWraps took care of this problem right away.
