Review on 🐢 36-Inch Camouflage Maxx Dog Bed for Metal Dog Crates by Susan Oliver

Not durable and noisy.

We received this item for our 18 month old American Bulldogs. We used to have fleece drawer mats that were somewhat similar in design. We hoped they would be more durable as they had torn the wool and taken out the padding and I found wool in at least one of their feces. I was afraid it would clog so I wanted something more permanent. Well, the front edges of both of their beds were torn to shreds within 24 hours. There is significantly more padding on the edges of this bed than on the previous fleece model. However, I don't think they were interested in ingesting any fabric or filler, so maybe that's a plus. Another issue I have with these beds is that they are noisy. Due to the nature of the material, there is a loud rustling sound with every movement or turn of the dog, which was not the case with fleece beds. They're still sleeping on what's left of it until we can afford new beds again, but I wouldn't buy these again. Just an additional note, the boys sleep in their stalls at night and in two 2 hour shifts during the day. They get plenty of exercise, training, and attention. We'll also try to use frozen peanut butter congas more often.
