Before trying, create a recovery CD.
No luck with mine. I have a PC with WIN 10. It started very slowly, and then there was an error during the transfer. I've tried scanning and repairing it to no avail. Finally, after several attempts to connect and disconnect, my computer froze. Tried to reboot several times but couldn't (cold sweat, anxiety), luckily I have a recovery on a lexan flash drive that fixed the boot problem. By the way, if you haven't already created a recovery disk or flash drive, do this. You'll thank yourself if the launch ever gets damaged. Sorry for the bad rating. I really wanted this to work. I hope this issue was just a weird thing. I don't have any malware, adware etc so I have to assume it was a flash drive. I sent it back for a refund.
