Ideal for crayons

I watched a video about paper from an artist I follow and she recommended this for printing downloaded coloring pages. Especially if you use colored pencils for coloring. It's about as thick as cardboard and has a really nice texture for applying paint. I pulled the sheet out and it was really strong. It really took on color, and I added at least three coats of pencil to the sheet. For those familiar with using colored pencils, you can smooth down the pigment with unscented mineral spirits, baby oil, or paint thinner. This paper is thick enough to allow use of these media. I didn't use them when testing the paper, so I can't tell you how they will affect the paper. I think you could probably get a sellable job on this paper, but it's probably best for practice. Overall I give it a thumbs up. might get a sellable job on this paper, but it's probably best for practice.
