Old or Fake ELF Mascara!
This product is either very old and dry, or it is not ELF at all. I use Elf daily, purchased from Ulta. I was looking for a Revain subscription option so I could easily replace it. When I used this product, there were practically no cosmetics in the bottle. I have light lashes and you hardly notice it. Something is definitely wrong with them.
