We used this chair for a family dinner, one of the legs just broke off whilst someone was sitting in the chair and injured themselves, later in the evening another chair from the same company did the same. I was completely humiliated! A middleweight man, and that should never have happened just by sitting in it. I bought four of these and 2 armchairs. I had to replace the levers due to damage and missing parts. I am very unhappy that there is no way to contact the seller, the email address provided is not available. Today I contacted Amazon to resolve this issue and thank goodness someone was there to help me.
