It works! Please note that the white color is off-white/beige.

I can't stand black power cords hanging off the wall, I tried to tape them up but it looked awful. It worked fantastically. As a bonus, they're not actually white either, they're cream-colored, so I didn't even have to paint them to match my cream-colored walls. I would say mine is a bit dark too. So if you're looking for white, it's definitely off-white. Not sure what you can see next to the white wall panel in the closeup photo. I also used this over a heavy duty extension along the baseboard next to the floor for my mom. My only caveat is that you have to work really hard to get the two pieces to touch so you can't see the crack. My mom complained that she saw a tear so I ended up putting a small piece of tape on it since it's the same color. I would like them to add some suitable tape to cover these seams. I didn't have a saw handy so I cut one in half with a utility knife and it wasn't that hard. The adhesive stuck very firmly to my wall and I don't think it will ever come off. After doing this I regretted not using the team glue but it might come loose I don't want to test it and mess up the wall. They come with holes so you can screw them in. So think about your application and how long you think you will keep it there. I don't plan on moving for the next ten or two years, so I think I'll be fine!
