This is one of the most flexible pillows I've tried. Adjustable in height, firmness and sleeping position. I woke up with a sore neck and found myself changing 3 different pillows several times a night, waking up tired and with a stiff neck. This pillow solved that problem. I read how important it is to have a pillow that is compatible with the firmness of your mattress. We have a Sleep Number bed and have tried both latex and memory foam mattress toppers depending on the time of year and soreness.
