Review on πŸ“± Renewed Samsung Galaxy Watch (42mm) Smartwatch (Bluetooth) Compatible with Android/iOS - SM-R810 International Version - No Warranty, Rose Gold Color by Mohd Taufik ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Do not hesitate to buy, the quality is amazing for the price.

Excellent 5 minus! 1. I picked watches from a variety of models. The following features were essential: tiny size, round shape, NFC for payments, and waterproof for swimming. I'm satisfied with the Samsung Galaxy watch model 42 mm SM-R810 (see advantages). 2. There is a short battery life, which is a drawback. Long battery life is available in some models, but it is always at the sacrifice of size or usefulness. The autonomy following the purchase was 1.5 days. Considering the following, it increased to 2.5–3.0 days during operation: - I utilize the following features: alarm, nfc payments, do not disturb at night, brightness at 4, clock, notifications, steps, heart rate, and sleep measurement. Players and photo viewing are not things I do. - turned off all other communication (WiFi, GPS, NFC - turns on itself when payments are activated). - a dial purchased from the "store" with no fitness sensors, a dark background, and no glare or "gyroscopic" effects; Resetting to factory settings and reinstalling applications (as per the recommendations below) did not work, but battery training (within a week of the discharge, to a minimum of 5-10%, charge up to 100%) appeared to assist. I therefore charge usually after 2.5 days of use.

Pros
  • 1. Round, size 42 mm (not "huge") 2. Enough performance for a "non-athlete" 3. Usability and a sufficient number of alternative uses (watch faces, calculators, etc.) 4. Mobile payments (without phone) 5. Adequate moisture defense 5 atm (you can swim, but not dive) (you can swim, but not dive) 6. Speaker and microphone built-in (answer calls, send messages to messengers by voice through its recognition) 7. Support for non-Samsung phones (not absolute, see disadvantages)
Cons
  • 1. A 2.5-day average battery life (details in the comments) 2. Not entirely compatible with non-Samsung mobile devices: - You are unable to view the message and mail history (for me it is not critical) - if Bluetooth is lost, do not automatically rejoin to a password-protected WiFi network; instead, you must manually input the password (this is not important for me because I switch off WiFi to conserve energy). 3. I want to be able to force the watch's background apps to close in order to conserve battery (now only through the phone - the Galaxy Wearable control application)
