Bought these to get back to training. I was skeptical at first but they really are amazing. Super protective, breathable, whether you're running, working out on elliptical machines or lifting weights, it's really great. They sit well on my ears, the earbuds are not uncomfortable to wear and I definitely feel protected when I exercise. I would say if you are serious about your health and safety they are great for workouts, outdoor running and whatever.
