Review on Tombow Dual Brush Pen Art Markers Scrapbooking & Stamping by Denise Davis

I think I have an old box of these brushes. Some of them are already dry. The others were fine. I saw on YouTube that I can rejuvenate them with glycerin and water, so I'm trying dried ones. Those that didn't dry out performed well. I really can't tell how many out of the box are good and how many aren't - I've only tried a few. So far I've gotten two good pens for two dried pens. I didn't go through the return process because I made the mistake of not using them for a few days and the first one was fine. But a few days later that same week I took another one for another project and it dried up.
