I really didn't want to disassemble my new truck, but this kit saved me $500 at the dealership and I'm happy with the results. This is completely ready for use for the 2021 Ram 2500 and works perfectly. It took me longer to find the tools and update my computer than to complete the installation on this device. I live in Arizona where our pace was absolutely brutal at 118 this week and I have a toddler so a remote start is essential to pre-cool the truck. All I can say is follow the instructions and you should have no problems with this install. . I have average computer skills and had no trouble downloading the software and flashing the module. I didn't have to contact tech support so I can't comment on their ability to help. Also, always wait to review your work before compressing your dashboard.
