This is an update of my previous 1 star review. This review was answered by Remington and they sent me a new unit. Maybe some of my issues were customer errors, maybe their instructions should be clearer? In any case, my problem with the difficulties in operating the device was probably due to the fact that I didn't remove the head after each use and didn't rinse it either. I washed the head every time but didn't remove it (to be honest I didn't realize it could come off). If it actually worked, it definitely worked well, and I believe that the new module will work well and stably after I change the way I clean the device. Below is my original post: Never worked very well. Always had to fiddle with it to turn it on. Finally no fuss worked at all today. And I'm two weeks past the return date. Everything would be fine if it worked stably.
