I normally have sensitive skin, especially after cream epilation, but absolutely no sensitivity to this product. While it feels warm during use, I haven't felt any burning, irritation, or discomfort. I washed it off in warm but mostly cold water. Another problem I often had was that I still felt stubble, but with this cream I only felt bare skin. Before application I washed and dried the area and tested on a small area. When there was no irritation or redness, I washed it off and used it on the remaining area. I used it as soon as it came out and after about 2 weeks I barely started getting stubble. Not to mention the regrowing hairs, I don't have any ingrown hairs either. I will continue to use this hair removal cream. I didn't notice a strong chemical smell either and I don't need much to remove hair.
