I liked being able to schedule meetings with clients in different time zones without having to physically be there myself.

It's easy enough for someone who has never used it before but also powerful enough if need be! The support team can sometimes take some getting use too (especially when they're trying to understand something). But overall we've been very happy using this tool so far - nothing really stands out as anything other than minor issues. Scheduling client appointments remotely from home or working during normal hours makes our lives easier.
