I'm so sorry it took me so long to correct my bad review! Shortly after I left a bad review, the seller contacted me to fix the issue. I had a sincere wish on the part of the seller to correct my bad experience. There were apologies and a very generous decision. Although I didn't take up the offer, the apology and willingness to make things right on my part was a wonderful experience for the customers. I also mentioned that I bought the same item cheaper from another seller. Cheaper was the keyword because my other purchase didn't match the beauty of this fiber lamp. My sister still uses hers every night and she is wonderful and has been for over 2 years.
