We received many compliments and questions as to where we got this item when my daughter wore it for her birthday. However, it is very, very thin and colored tulle is tied once, with no additional layers. You'll probably want to wear bike shorts underneath and another tulle skirt underneath for more fullness. You can see in the picture here that I added another neon orange tulle skirt to give it a fluffy look. If you don't, it will be too shallow and show through.
