I love EVERYTHING about this phone holder. I have a large, bulky, heavy phone - a Galaxy Note 9 with an Otterbox case - and a job that involves a lot of local travel (85% on the road and 15% in the office). I make several stops and each time I take my phone out of the holder and put it back as I get back in the car. This is the first phone holder that keeps my phone in place - won't fall out or fall on the floor. just crawl under the seat. I've tried cup holders, vents, and suction cups on window types that have "arms" that grab each side to no avail. They were too fragile to stay in place and/or didn't fit my phone and its case. taped it to the dashboard in a few days. There is no need for such measures! This is practically a miracle product for me. It stays on my textured and sloped dashboard, holds my phone securely without hard plastic grips, and I can reposition it if needed. Great product, great warranty and great price. And it showed up one day.
