Update: 8/22/2021: I bought a second speaker because I liked the first one I bought and wanted to set up a dual speaker when watching movies. The two speakers are easy to connect to each other and always connect to each other when switched on. Also, both speakers now connect to my phone so I don't have to pair them every time. With 2 speakers, the sound is incredible when watching movies on my phone and an external monitor. I recommend buying 2 of these. The sound quality of this Brookstone speaker is very good. The bass is excellent for such a small speaker. You can really feel it rumble in your hand. The volume is much louder than the advertised paired phone. Bluetooth connection is easy. The only thing I don't like is that I have to pair it with my phone every time I turn it on. I wish it had memory to remember connected devices. The price is great for this amazing little speaker so I put up with pairing it every time. I pair this speaker with my phone, connect my phone to an external HD monitor and watch movies during my lunch break at work. This speaker greatly improves my movie experience. With the included carabiner, I can wear it on my pant belt loop and listen to music while walking. Excellent purchase!
