It has helped us monitor our employees' activity in social networks without being intrusive or causing privacy issues for them. The only issue I have with this tool so far was that it did not display all my colleagues’ posts as they were private rather than public by default. Also, if there are no notifications available when certain events happen (such as new comments/posts), then we cannot always rely upon alerts generated from an event log. Additionally, sometimes you forget which profile is associated with what user account - hence why I created multiple profiles. This helps me create several different filters and search parameters depending on who needs monitoring at any given time.
